This visa allows you to stay in Australia permanently.
From you subclass 188B visa, you may convert to this permanent subclass 888B visa if:
- You must have held your investment in the treasury bond of your nominating State or Territory for at least 4 years.
- You must have lived in Australia for at least 2 of the past 4 years.
- You must have a realistic commitment to continuing your business or investment activities in Australia.
